"Room did not match the reservation"

The room was clean.

The property did not match the listing I booked. I arrived at the address that was provided by bookings.com. No one was there. I realized I had received a message through WhatsApp instructing to go to different address. The building was clean but it was not the listing I booked. We had a problem with the heat in our room which was resolved but the manager left knowing we didn’t have heat in the common kitchenette area. Breakfast was just prepackaged items therefore it should not be listed as a Bed and Breakfast.
