Pool area is very nice, good selection of breakfast, clean rooms and towel service for near the pool. Fridge downstairs is very useful for small grocieries you do. Room was a very good size for 5 people and bathroom aswell.

Maybe it would be nice to have a coffee machine for during the day .. the fact that its near the lake there are alot of mosquitoes soo prepare for insects repellent cream.

This B&B offers a quiet secluded spot with a very nice pool area that works well both for grown ups who want to lick sun and swim, and for small children who wants to play and needs a shallow pool. The pool area was never crowded during our 12 day stay, and there were always sun beds available for everyone. The host was very friendly and forthcoming. The appartment was spacious with most basic amenities. We used the spot as our point of departure for exploring Verona and small cities around the south-east end of Lake Garda by car (20-35 minutes), yet the distance to Lake Garda allows also for reaching it by bike. We rented electric bikes in the nearby small town of Valeggio sul Mincio and had a great ride along the Mincio river to Peschiera del Garda.

The airconditioning was weak, and as the temperatures were quite high the nights were hot. Even if we set the airconditioning module at full power and 17 degrees for several hours, the temperature would rarely go below 26 degrees. As we stayed for 12 days, we would also have appreciated a washing mashine. When we were there there seems to be a problem with the pool-machinery that caused the owner to keep the hatch to the "engine-room" open, and that produced some noise. But of course, this problem was presumably temporary. Lastly, when we arrived the hosts had for some reason decided to keep the window to the appartment open meaning that it was both hot, humid, and with a lot of flys. That was a bit frustrating, as we had to hunt down 50 before we went to bed. Luckily they were quite lazy, so they were not hard to kill. In the evening insects makes it a frustrating experience to go for a swim. Lastly, we would like to inform the readers of this review that the information given regarding the number of beds and rooms can be misleading. It said 6 beds, but there were in fact two double-beds and what may have been a (double?) sleeping-couch in the kitchen-area. The appartment is also just one big room that offers no privacy between those who stay there. The kitchen is separated from the sleeping-area with a sliding door that does not run all the way to the roof.

Marco is a wonderful and caring person. A very beautiful place. It was very comfortable and pleasant to be there. We will definitely come again :)

Air conditioning was a bit weak

A very beautiful Bed&Breakfast, it has a nice authentic look without looking outdated. The pool(area) was also very nice. Because the property doesn't have a lot of rooms, it was always quite quiet by the pool. We had a great stay!
