"Great stay of you like super soft matress"

Nice location convenient for M25. Great food in bar. Room nice

but mattress was soft beyond belief neither of us sleep well it was back breaking...

All good except when using shower it set off the macerator - very noisy especially in the night

"The most awful experience I had the last 10 years of travel"

The time I get there, there was no person to give me the room. the key provided by security . I went to the room and the room smell like a hell. then I had to go and find the security to change my room. he give me the other room it was dirty and full of her and the bathroom and shower dirty and the half shame is over there , the water was not drain!! I had the most awful experience I had...
