Outstanding staff - Said, Betty, Mohammed, Aman and the team were fabulous. They did everything right. Attentive, caring and helpful. And the chef is a great cook - the breakfasts and dinner were excellent.

It is exceptionally overpriced for a an old and very tired Riad. The owner needs to spend money and upgrade the hotel to match the charges. It is €350 per night ($AUD700 per night) for old, faded furniture, threadbare carpets, unreliable hot water, unsafe bathrooms, poor lighting (not possible to read in bed); no tv, no minibar to keep anything cold, faded everything, a small plunge pool on the rooftop. Drinks and meals are hideously expensive. Its competitors at this level charge €150 per night and that’s about right. If we could have cancelled and got our money back we would have on the first day but the experience is saved by brilliant staff. Without the brilliant staff this Riad would really be in trouble.

Uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst, personeel doet werkelijk alles om het naar je zin te maken, geweldig ontbijt. So far so good.

Helaas was de kamer echt héél klein, slecht verlicht, bij het douchen werd de halve badkamer kletsnat. De vloer liet los bij het douchen waardoor ik een vieze plak teerachtig spul onder mijn voeten had, dat er moeilijk af ging. Het 'zwembad' dat er op de foto's uitnodigend uitziet is in werkelijkheid een dompelbadje. Het dakterras is niet echt gezellig, en naast een bouwterrein. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed. De aangeboden maaltijden zijn enorm duur t.o.v. wat je elders kunt kopen. (sandwich kip voor 20.- (EURO)). Voor 300.- per nacht verwacht ik een fijnere kamer, ook in Marokko.

Riad magnifiquement décoré, belles prestations, à quelques minutes du souk. Personnel chaleureux, accueillants et aux petits soins. C'était notre premier séjour dans un Riad, nous y avons passé 3 nuits. Recommandons vivement et reviendront très certainement. Exceptionnel.

Great personalised service from all the staff, lovely breakfast, very nice room design. Location on the edge of the souk, convenient without being too hectic. Construction going on next door a bit of shame for the view.

A little bit expensive.

Het verblijf was fantastisch. We werden ontvangen en kregen Marokkaanse thee met lekkernij en een heerlijke voetmassage. We werden behandeld als koninginnen. Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend een verrassing en super lekker. Heerlijke restaurantjes in de buurt. Echt een aanrader als je in Marrakesh bent.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! It is as advertised. It’s new, very well appointed, and super clean. The staff is second to none! They catered to our every whim, going above and beyond for us. We felt so welcomed and well for. They want you to feel at home and spoiled at the same time. We felt both. We didn’t want to leave.
