"Poor"

The staff was friendly

We had booked a triple room but only got a double room. The triple rooms were all occupied when we arrived. The hotel staff blamed the booking site. They asked us to contact them since they couldn't help us. For me as a customer it is not ok that I can't rely on getting the room I actually booked.

"An enjoyable and relaxed stay"

The lounge is great and cosy, a very nice place to relax and enjoy. The location is great with easy access to places such as ski resorts, Geilo and Fjords. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room is a bit dated.

Friendly staff. Large and cozy common spaces compensate for the small and uncomfortable rooms.

Worst are room spaces. Some decaying furnitures, missing simple things as for example a hook for towel or toilette paper. Some lights not working. Doors conflicting with each other. Missing details like floor edges and doorsteps, leaving niches for the dirt. Personell is friendly but not professional. Countless people enter and leave the restaurant kitchen at any time of the day...

Incredibly kind staff, awesome view and location in the wild. Free parking. Rich breakfast. Good Wi-Fi.

You have to make your own bed and the room does not get cleaned during your stay.
