The location is beach front

We didn't stay, when we saw the place, in my opinion, it is a dump. Old musty smell room, bathroom clogged. The place is rundown. The access road to park in the place is uneven gravel. The name sign of the place is torn, we almost missed. The staff who works there was nice and apologetic.

Place is comfy, exceeds our expectations the room is clean and tidy large beds, staff were friendly. Place is near the beach… blue lagoon. Breakfast not included but can ask staff to cook or can order food or eat nearby.

1. The caretakers were very nice and were very very helpful. My family and I were chillin on the beach with a small tent because my nephew had a fever. One of the lady told us we were not allowed to do that in front of her “property.” According to her, it’s the department of tourism’s policy. I asked her if she can show us the policy, she became very rude and started threatening us. She said she was going to call Bia’s caretaker about what was going on. The caretaker told us not to worry about them. The caretaker handled it professionally and very well. 2. The beach is really close. It’s about 3 mins walk from the hotel. 3. The beds were comfy. Just wish there were extra pillows and blankets.

1. Far away from everything. We had to travel 25 mins away to get to the main market. 2. The sewer’s smell was very strong. I couldn’t sleep due to the foul smell. 3. Too many flies around the property. 4. For the amount of money I paid, the kitchen and gasoline tank should be FREE of use. 5. There’s not really a kitchen or dishwasher. You have to go all the way to the other side to wash dishes. 6. The AC wasn’t as cool. It was really hot inside the room. I wish they could’ve also provided us with extra fans. 7. Room is very small. There’s not much space.
