Spa facilities was good. Food was good. Will be back!!!

Dated neglected horrible service, the employees think that

This is a nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was great one morning but they moved it to another more crowded room the next morning. The wait staff was friendly and smiled. A fellow manning the Information booth pretty much didn't understand his job if in fact it was his job. He was the only one at the but ignored me when I walked up. When I asked a question, he looked up as if I'd interrupted him. I asked if this was where you caught the beach shuttle. His answer was a curt "Five minutes." Later in the day I had the experience with him. He wore a gun so maybe his job wasn't informatin but that was where he was stationed. Guess I'm glad he didn't shoot me.

Nothing, prople services very poor, plus bathroom showers and the bath top was plugged

Poor service, mostly officious staff who mostly could not/would not speak English, besides bus loads of English speaking tourists. Rooms advertised with mini -bar and coffee/tea, but none of these were available. No room service menus, small towels and dirty carpets.

The stay was awful! Seriously, if you don’t have to stay here - just don’t! The service is horrible - you’ll be served by people that never knew manners and the meaning of a good service; all of them aren’t Israelis so it feels like they are doing it on purpose. I don’t want to scary anyone but the food is disaster! The standard for food in Israel is really good, one of the best in the world - but over here you’ll find all the recycle and not really fresh food. And I’m not trying to be bad, I’m telling you guys the truth just in order to save your money . This hotel used to be good - years ago... but not anymore

The lobby of this hotel is beautiful but the bedroom was dirty and outdated. Staff has limited English skills and you can tell the property needs renovation. The toilette had excrement stains when we checked in and the floor carpet was very dirty. On the good side , we asked for additional pillowcases and other things that they delivered right away . Their beach is nice and it has good amenities . View is great and the check-in was fast. However due to the cleaning Low standard level I would not give a good review to this hotel.

The service at the front desk is great. Very willing to accommodate and assist as much as they can. Room was extremely outdated and dirty. Drapes were ripped and stained. Table was absolutely filthy. Beds were poorly made with just one flimsy sheet, stained pillows, no protecting cover on the mattress. Mattress was also too soft same goes for the pillows. Woke up with a severe kinked neck. Random hairs from previous guests lingered on the sheets. Needless to say we demanded they clean the room immediately and they did everything we asked. So that was good. But at the same time- for the price you pay you should get a clean room from the start! Bathroom was also not too clean. I cleaned it myself. Balcony was also dirty but it was quite large with a nice view. Also- I must add: this outdated room had wall to wall carpet. At the Dead Sea with all the salts it’s the last thing you want to step in barefoot. Please don’t when you visit unless you feel like getting foot fungus of some sort. We had breakfast included with the price of the room. On the first morning although variety was kind of blah the food was fresh and delicious for the most part. On the second morning they have clearly used left overs from the day or night before. It was very obvious. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the Dead Sea water pool they have. By far the best pool at the Dead Sea. Out of all of the hotels there I love this one the most. Also it is the only pool that is closing at 8pm

I love this area, the Dead Sea is a favorite area in Israel to visit. The Hotel is located in a great area. The food is amazing, i love the buffet. The hotel pool, spa is good.
