CHGut, es gab einen Lift, der bis in den fünften Stock fuhr. Dieser war jedoch nur für maximal drei Personen geeignet.
Die Kommunikation erwies sich als schwierig – sowohl vor der Anreise als auch während des Aufenthalts. Ich hätte mir mehr Zusammenarbeit und Hilfe gewünscht. Dies wurde jedoch durch zwei oder drei verschiedene Personen, die keine Informationen ausgetauscht haben, ungenau umgesetzt.

GRThe position was ideal. The apartment was in the center of the old town, a few meters from the lakefront. It was very spacious and well equipped.
The communication with the owner was very difficult. No information in advance regarding the check in and instructions to reach the house even if we asked one day before arrival. We had to wait in the car for half an hour when we arrived in order to get instructions how to reach the house. No information upon check in regarding the area. We were shocked by the rude and offensive tone of the owner when communicating with us. For breakfast, we were offered vouchers to use them in a nearby cafe. We were given by mistake two wrong vouchers, which resulted in an uncomfortable situation for us the last day at the cafe. Even in this event, there was no apology from the owner, but he treated us again with rudeness. This was really schocking. Another thing that disappointed us was the view of the apartment. The apartment was described as 3 bedroom, lake view apartment. However, there was only a side view of the lake which was visible only if one was standing in a small balcony. If seating on the chair, no view was available and no lake view from the interior of the apartment. The breakfast was good, however I do not thing it was worth including it in the apartments offerings. One could easily pay directly at the cafe for the same breakfast which might be more cost effective.
