nice harbour view in my room， room was big and clean

Our room was old and outdated. Old carpet, hard bed, small tub, no balcony. Only one bottled water was in the room for 2 guests. Furniture was old. Harbor view was not so hot. It overlooked a junkie area with shacks. We did not stay. We left and the hotel would not give us a refund.

The smell of the room and hallway are bad, and the hardwares are old

The staff at the hotel were fantastic, very attentive and helpful. I stayed at the hotel while the pool was being renovated which was slightly disappointing, but the other spa features and in room bath were sufficient.

Great Location and rooms are sea facing. Beautiful view of two bridges connecting Macau and Taipa at night. Near to Airport and Taipa Ferry Terminal. City bus stop is just in front of the hotel. One can get bus to any point of Macau. Breakfast is good. Comparing Macau rate, this hotel is definitely a value for money. Old Portugeese style of Hotel but we like this hotel. The management of hotel is not good which had been expressed by many reviewer. For example, we kept some baby food in the refrigerator and in the evening we found that the fridge is not working. I called reception and house keeping. One person came and verified the fridge and found that it was not working. Then I got a call from reception and she offered to change the room at 11.30 PM. I did not agree. Then at 11.45 PM, they replaced the refrigerator with another one which was very irritating. I could sleep in time. I got surprised when I find this hotel list in the Macau Government Tourism site under 5-star category because the service was not up to the mark. They must verify everything before allotting any room to the guest. But still, I would like to repeat this hotel if the service will improve and I will recommend others.

worst choice in macau except for free breakfast where i found cockroache walking on the couch worst air con ever used for heat gave me a dead smell worst everything you shouldn't go there

Traditional hotel on Taipa side, good overall but quite far from main tourist's scenes.

- peace and quiet - It was good experience - good Swimming pool - no free car park
