Park Hyatt Toronto

Very nice hotel. I had an enjoyable stay at the Park Hyatt downtown Toronto. The rooms are clean and the staff members are courteous and helpful.

Excellent hotel with plenty of friendly helpful staff to help you at check-in, guest services and transportation. Roof top bar had both indoor and outdoor seating, good food and drinks, with a beautiful view of the city.

My 6th visit to the Park Hyatt exceeded my already high expectations. The location and decor are perfect, and it is the people who run and staff the hotel that elevate the hotel to exceptional. If you have a conference or family celebration where you want to give your guests an incredible experience, this is the venue and team you would be smart to partner with.

Staffs were super unprofessional, put me into big financial risks and I felt insulted at the front desk.

I enjoyed the food and the ambience at the hotel was great, especially if you'd like a more casual place to stay. The staff were friendly and quite helpful. The inter-department communication could use some work though; though my certificate included breakfast there were numerous attempts where staff tried to charge me for it, usually different staff members. It seems like there weren't any records kept to prevent this kind of issue from reoccurring.

My wife and I have stayed here several times for both work and special occasion pleasure trip...each time we are greeted warmly by a very friendly and gracious staff that always make us feel welcome. The location is ideal for shopping and convenient to access other areas of Toronto. The House Car is nice amenity when available. We will continue to return whenever we are traveling to Toronto.

Updated hotel with automatic night lights by the bed and bathroom was very convenient. Courteous staff. We had a microwave and fridge delivered quickly upon request. Location was great for walking to restaurants and sights in Yorkville

The service throughout my stay was excellent: professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. The bar upstairs offers a stunning view of the city, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere perfectly balances sophistication and relaxation. The breakfast was another highlight — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of high-quality ingredients. Overall, Park Hyatt Toronto delivers a seamless blend of modern luxury, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality. A truly memorable stay that I’d recommend without hesitation.
