THThe apartment is very spacious nice set up. It has everything you need for the stay. The location is very near to most of attractions such as cathedral, Alcazar, Santa cruz.
The small shower drainage was not working well. It always flood when we shower. The drainage has odor but not sure if it is because of the apartment or the city problem.
CAThe location is great, but the ground floor apartment is right on the street - a quite busy street. The room is spacious and pretty, and so is the little patio. Some of the trees on the patio fell during a windstorm, and the people who came to clean it up were prompt and lovely.
The area is a bit loud as it's busy. Getting in is a bit tough - the keys are quite hard to use. Access to the wifi is not indicated anywhere, so you need to ask for the password before you get there. Also, there were no toiletries - not even handsoap. The kitchen is good but lacks a toaster. And while the bed is comfortable, the pillows are like cement. It's a cute place, but needs a little extra love.
USConvenient location with private outdoor terrace on ground floor. Modern but renovated with original hydraulic floors. Nice large bathroom (wheelchair accessible) and small kitchenette. If you are bothered by noise, our apartment was on street level.
Amenities were skimpy. Very little soap, shampoo, toilet paper. No water or no coffee capsules (even though there was a Nescafe machine). We purchased and left as courtesy for next visitors.

USExcellent location, plenty of space, comfy and clean, and the property managers were great communicators. We had a super experience. I mistakenly left something in the room after checkout and the property management helped ensure I was able to retrieve it before leaving town, which I appreciated. Would stay there again.
