It was a good sized apartment with everything necessary unfortunately there was a very bad smell from the drains. The explanation of accessing the apartment was unnecessarily long and it took a while to find it. The wifi code is in the mailbox apparently but not found and I couldn’t understand why it was not readily available in the apartment

Huge apartment and very clean. Location couldn’t be better. Literally steps from restaurants, shops and bars.

Great location, and super clean very comfortable apartment . A second fan would be super helpful in the second bedroom in apartment 3

The town structures and designs are amazing The building and the street layout are fantastic

The room was mosquitoes I infested. The host didn't care to spray and eliminate the mosquitoes. The huge amount and size of mosquitoes can literally be visible o the ceiling and walls. No fan or Ac. The room can be very hot. It looks like an open ceiling on one part, as one can hear the loud noise from discussion in the next room. No kettle. No tea or coffee is available Since returning, I am still suffering from the bites with swollen skin. I would not recommend this hell for any sensible person. Transportation is a problem, and having a car will cost more with restricted parking.

Fantastic location right in the center of Volterra.

There is another room in the same space as the bedroom itself, separated by a wall, but with a visible strip between the wall and the ceiling. I suppose it might be a storage room that opens from the other apartment, but since we didn't know what was on the other side of the wall, it felt a bit scary and uncomfortable.

Perfect location to visit Volterra and the surroundings
