Super friendly host who told us loads about Italy, v welcoming & a great location

WiFi was out of range around midnight but it was a minor inconvenience

Location, location, location! The best part of the entire experience is meeting the homeowner, just Seppi, who was worth the price of admission by himself.

towels were a little skimpy.

Joseph was AMAZING! he was super nice and friendly, he let me stay in the living room beyond check-out to wait for a flight, and helped me get around the area and recommended places worth visiting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to stay at the villa!

We stayed at Villa Bucceri for one night and it felt like a breath of fresh air. We arrived earlier than check in time due to our flight times but owner kindly let us check in earlier. Joe was absolutely amazing to be around, he told us everything about his paintings, stories about his family, talked to us about Italian cooking (which we are the biggest fans of) and inspired us to head on and see Milan in our only day there. He helped us to plan our journey and have the most out of that day which was incredibly kind of him. the next day he gave us a lift to Airport. Joe it was brilliant to meet you, wishing all the best to you! Thank you! Now we are looking forward to see Sicily with all Joes recommendations in mind! :) Ciao

be prepared for the fact that this is not a separate independed apartment. The owner and his son live in the same apartment and their conversations were quite loud. Rooms in the basement and through the wall of the garage are rented out. Cars constantly drive in and out there. There are no full windows, narrow windows directly into the garage. Very noisy. It was cold enough in April. Heating system doesnt work enough. The beds in the big room are very narrow 110 centimeters wide. The blankets are very thin and we slept in clothes. There are no shops within walking distance. Food can only be ordered online. There is no access to the kitchen. There's no breakfast, no tea, no coffee. A taxi from the airport costs 30 euro and to airport 30.

The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The owner was a very lovely man, easy to talk to and very accommodating. He helped get us to the airport early in the morning which was fantastic! Nice quiet location and close to the airport, 20-30 minute walk from the town with restaurants and shops but there were a few things to choose from just down the road also. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend.
