Nice hotel and very comfortable

This is a great little boutique hotel with a great history. Right in middle of town, would be great during the Rally. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our rooms had lofts with an extra bed. Very clean. Parking close. What gave it a 4 was noise. Our rooms were right near the associated coffee shop. After hours the cleaners, or whoever, made lots of noise. My wife said she heard folks walking by outside as well (this was not during the Rally). I would stay here again, but request a room towards the back. A plus was the stack of towels by the back door for cleaning one‘s bike. Nice touch!

Great location downtown.

This is a superb, unique hotel. Located in the heart of downtown, the building was once a JC Penney store, now converted into 22 rooms. It was very clean, with a coffee shop operating in the front lobby.

Location! Room was unique with the history of this building. Very good coffee! (The hotel lobby is a public coffee shop).

No breakfast offering, maybe a voucher to use toward food in the coffee shop would have been nice.
