Location of the property is unbeatable. It’s super green, sun-beds are in the grass with the palms around, from everywhere you can see beautiful (for this places) mountainous landscape. Breakfast is exceptional. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to Muscat cause it’s only 15 min away by far and definitely better than anything else.

I didn’t like only small details like absence of body lotion in the room. Cause normally you don’t take such things to 5 star places.

Our stay at Al Bustan Palace truly exceeded our expectations. Celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary there was one of the best decisions we made. From its stunning, Instagram-worthy architecture and breathtaking façade to the exceptionally accommodating and friendly hotel and restaurant staff, every aspect of our experience was memorable. The service, ambiance, and overall hospitality made our celebration even more special. Our stay was absolutely worth the cost, and we would highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience. We look forward to returning in the future and creating even more wonderful memories at Al Bustan Palace. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Calm and pool

Bathroom was horrible not hygienic saw a roach in the room. Service extremely bad. Zero Service in Lobby and very bad treatment. Very shocking !!!!
