"Due giorni a Gardaland"

Francesca host molto disponibile, attenta alle esigenze, camera spaziosa e pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, molto apprezzati caffè, acqua e the in dotazione. Posizione ottima, Gardaland raggiungibile anche a piedi con venti minuti di passeggiata. Sicuramente torneremo!

Das die Gastgeberin den penetranten Schimmelgeruch auf dem Zimmer und in der Dusche den Schimmel und Schmutz leugnet. Ihrer Meinung nach wären es die muffigen Gäste die Gerüche hinterlassen würden. Anstatt die Appartements auf Vordermann zu bringen und Probleme zu lösen werden genau diese unangenehmen und für die Gäste sehr ärgerlichen Probleme nicht in Ordnung gebracht. So wie das Restaurant schlecht läuft, läuft auch die Vermietung schlecht. Sehr schade da man mit dem Haus und Restaurant viel mehr Wirkung erreichen könnte. Die Angestellten hingegen waren wirklich sehr nett. Man will schnell und unkompliziert Geld verdienen. Auf Dauer der falsche Weg um Kunden zu binden und sich einen guten Ruf aufzubauen.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per poche orea la stanza era molto bella e pulita ma la proprietaria è stata davvero gentilissima mai trovata tanta gentilezza e ospitalità ritorneremo sicuramente stando più tempo questa volta
