B&B Genova Centro

Alojamiento en pleno centro de Génova, en un palacio precioso. Carlo estupendo nos explicó cosas de la ciudad muy interesantes y nos recomendó sitios dónde ir para comer.

Si tuviera q ponerle una pega sería el tema del aparcamiento ya que no se puede circular por el centro de Génova y hay que dejar el coche en los parkings de las afueras.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, śniadanie podstawowe, ale smaczne. Mieliśmy jednak problem z kontaktem z gospodarzem, zameldowanie był ok godz 20 (o czym poinformowaliśmy dzień wcześniej). Pomimo zapewnienia, że otrzymamy instrukcje zameldowania, nic nie dostaliśmy. Dopiero gdy byliśmy pod budynkiem udało się dodzwonić do gospodarza i otrzymać informację, jak dostać się do pokoju.

Location is good, 3 minute walk to the metro (Ferrari), not Sant Augustino like google maps sends you to! Breakfast was ok, nothing special but ok nonetheless Quirky place with about 5 rooms, the hallway is very nice. Internet worked well

Have to be honest but the communication was poor. Had an email the day before travelling asking about what time we would arrive but that was it. At midday of arrival all the info was sent. However, we had no internet so was stood outside for 20 minutes waiting to get in (we were given access electronically so no one even came). We were then stood outside the property for another 20 minutes as we still didn’t have any internet. Eventually I got from the Uk and we eventually got access. No apology at all which was annoying. We left before breakfast in our second day and asked if any could be sent the night before. No reply to this, only about the city tax. Again very disappointing and felt like we were communicating with a robot rather than a traditional B&B. Our Florence apartment has been in touch 4 days early already so can be done!
