Zens Inn

I liked the self access & locked front door. I did not like a curtain as a door, felt a little uneasy.

Try to get a pod downstairs since they have a door you can close and you can stand up fully. Pods Upstairs are still OK.

Place was as described. Exceptionally clean. Great value for the cost.

Wish there was a way to block the hallway light at night since I'm used to sleeping in total darkness.

The breakfast was self and basic. Nice dining area and nice tv

For the price all good.

Again, a good stay at a very clean and competitive facility near the freeway. I keep booking because the rates are currently competitive.

Great stay. No issues. I was surprised to find such a cheap and great-looking place to stay in Prescott of all places!

As in the past, the facility was very well maintained and its pricing and location continue to attract. I am very satisfied, and have been over many bookings in the past.

This place is great for one or two nights. Full kitchen provided so you can make keep food cool or heat up something quickly. Four separate bathrooms, two separate showers. Would definitely stay here again when Inn Prescott.

We booked the Zen's Inn for one night after 2 long days on the road. All we wanted was to have a good long rest.... The place was clean and the concept of a self check in was smooth, even the snacks and coffee in the kitchen was ok. However, one major drawback was the curtain, we were not advised that the room has a curtain instead of a door. I personally was so distressed and was so scared, because I have anxiety. My partner had to bend over an walk as the ceiling of the room was so low, that he hit his head multiple times...the room was poorly lit where I couldn't find my belongings..I did connect immediately on the number given and was told that all rooms were taken, the owner was supposed to callback the next day and there was no call back either. Honestly, even though I was impressed with the level of cleanliness, I am very disappointed with the customer service provided. Ideally it should be added that the room has a curtain an no door and people above 5 feet should not book it! Around 2am, one guy opened our curtain without ant notice, asking for lighter for smoke. No more sleep after that.
