Beautiful building, great location, lovely furnishings, good staff

Poor/no air con which, in 30 degrees temperatures was uncomfortable. We ended up with a battered old fan blasting away. Although the staff were very nice and professional my wife and I seemed to get ignored at breakfast while the older guests seemed to get more attention (we are in our 50s). Getting a tea or coffee was harder than it should have been.

Great location, loved the hotel, nice rooms, wonderful helpful staff, perfect hotel for a weekend stay, restaurant was great as well. Close to bars, restaurants and museums, public transit (trams) a 5 minute walk.
