Excellent property, great view, very peaceful, friendly and very helpful staff especially Edi. Property is a little far from the center but definitely worth the peace and view it offers. Make sure to spend some time sitting in the balcony enjoying the view and absorbing the nature around which includes the view and sound while sipping your morning coffee.

Clean, staff Arishma and Eddy were very helpful, easy to get transport into town from

Something to be aware of… The room was on level 1, no lifts, the stairs are steep and my fitness is not what it should be. Also drive into town can be 10m to half hour depending on traffic, so trips into town need to be planned

Big rooms and comfortable beds. The pool is nice! Good WiFi. Nice shower and patio/balcony.

Pretty far away from ubud proper. Need to take a grab to get to other stuff. Ac is kind of awkwardly placed so kind of hard to cool off room. Tv wasn’t really usable because too old and kept refreshing.
