Hot shower

Had to ask for shampoo conditioner. No complimentary water, soap. Lightbulb in bedside lamp didn't work. Hotel tried to charge me extra for a towel that was a bit dirty. I told them it just needed to be laundered properly by soaking and washing. Wasn't impressed. No window in bathroom just an open space so could hear other guests showering and talking to each other
