Roomy house in a great location. Nice to have a kitchen with everything you need, as well as a good sized BBQ. Private garden and quiet area. Near to the beach, walking tracks and the town. Whale watching boat trip great!

Better outdoor furniture might be nice (plenty of space for it!)

"Kaikoura is beautiful and accommodation good value for money"

Brilliant location - accommodation basic but comfortable and clean

It was clean and had been decorated recently but the furniture was obviously old. Especially the washing line and pegs!!! Please change them. We had to dry washing on coat hangers as couldn’t bear to hang anything on it!

Clean Good location

Everything was good. Could it find a vaccum to give a clean. Also if there was a another toilet would have been ideal

Clean, cozy, nice place. Kitchen especially clean and well outfitted with plates, bowls, utensils and cutlery

There were better options for the price in the area.
