"Dissapointing experiance"

We specifically chose it for the heated pool, but it was freezing, and our attempts to get it fixed were met with empty promises. My kid was very upset. The room was very noisy from the highway, and the beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was a disaster: very poor, cold food, no silverware, and a complete lack of quality. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner & shower gel in the shower stall. The towels by the pool were a nice add-on too.

The floor of the room could have been cleaner in the crevices but other than that everything was great.
