"Terrible, Dirty, Hosts no help and no refund as yet."

The location

We left after half an hour of trying to get hold of someone as we had no internet, no heating and there was urine on the floor. The helper was very apologetic when she arrived and went off to call the owners but no one came back to us so we moved - no refund given as yet - very upsetting. They knew they had problems the week before we got there and never told us.
