Hilton Garden Inn Lansing West

Overall, we were comfortable with this place. Since Covid we have to remember to ask about room service before we book because different places have different rules. Not all our trash was taken out of the room and the stains around the base of the toilet were disappointing. The staff were some of the bests, we have had in Lansing. We were in town due a dear friend passing away. I could see us staying here again when we are in Lansing.

I visit this area often and always stay here. Close to family and right off the highway. I had no problem checking in and my room was available when I arrived which was before 3.

I enjoyed my stay and staff were wonderful.

Loved the hot tub and long hours of availability. Appreciate that. Would definitely come back.

Excellent stay - the rooms were impeccable. Excellent staff throughout the facility during our stay.

Always clean, good location, Horrocks across the street for fresh fruit, bakery, cheese/wine and beer garden a must restaurant for breakfast, star bucks out front

Check in was quick. Hotel is newer and lobby is beautiful. Room was very comfortable

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Just wish they had rooms on the first floor. I don’t do elevators
