"Great location for the first-time Yokohama visitor."

After arriving via cruise ship very early on a Friday morning, my wife and I decided to pay for an early check-in. We were given a room on the 16th floor with a really nice view of Cosmo World and the surrounding areas. It was fun watching the throngs of people walk back and forth across the bridges. All the staff from the people greeting us at the entrance, the check-in/check-out staff, the room service staff were all very kind, professional, and hospitable.

I suffer from chronic neck pain and require pillows that are supportive. The pillows at this hotel are "why bother" pillows. As soon as your head hits them, they just flatten out. I ended up folding them in half, but that wasn't the most comfortable solution.
