We choose this hotel for the location at the cruise ship port.

There is only the large buffet breakfast available. Fine if you want that but expensive if you don’t.

"Excellent Hotel"

I have stayed at this hotel many times before I join a cruise out of Yokohama. This time was the 4th year in a row. It always exceeds my excpecations, the rooms are always clean and well maintained. Check-in and check-out is fast and efficient. The service is amazing. It offers amazing views of Yokohama and I prefer the city side if not in one of the corner suits. The rooms are quiet and offer a peacul nights sleep. There is an abundance of amenities so that you can refresh after a flight. It is good that they still offer the basics that may be confiscated if you only fly with carry-on luggage. For what I pay and the level of service I keep coming back. This is good value for money. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
