An interesting stay - obviously an older building recently refurbished. Stairs to negotiate, odd decor but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean - for a couple of nights, what else do you need? Very convenient and walking distance to Cooma shopping centre for dinner at the pub or whatever you need.

You get what you pay for here. It's cheap, convenient to town and clean. But it's basic, every single floorboard creaks and the TV didn't work. If all you need is a bed for the night, this is good pption.

I think people need to know that there are a lot of stairs to carry your luggage up .It is very basic but clean could have thicker towels and another blanket . But it wasn’t as expensive as other motels in Cooma in winter. Good parking around the back but could only use the front doo. Needs a reception area .

This is a very nice stay we had. Very clean and tidy. Excellently organised. The owner was super nice and very helpful. This was gem of a stay, close to everything at very reasonable price. Highly recommended:

location was good old timber floors are a bit squeaky clean and good for a night or to traveling through

Convenient location for our needs. A concern it is adjacent to a service station. A lot of stairs to negotiate if that is an issue for some people.
