Free outdoor parking and a really good breakfast.

The corners of the bathroom were covered in mold. Not really a great thing to see in your room. Noise insulation was absent, we could hear everything that was going on outside of our room - people walking and talking, the music beat from the reception on the first floor, whereas we were on the third, and the passing cars on the street.

I have stayed at Jan’s Hotel in Tbilisi more than once, and I really like this place. Everything is excellent, and I will definitely stay only here whenever I visit Tbilisi. The breakfast is good, the location is excellent, and the overall experience is really great. The hotel is comfortable, pleasant, and highly recommended.
