The property is in a fantastic location, the owner was incredibly friendly, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view.

It was a perfect location. Fabulous views! Short 2km walk into the mayhem of old town. Very peaceful & right opposite the beach for swimming. Very good local restaurants near by!

Walking up three flights of stairs

A perfect landlord, a hundred times better. Has been helping me and my friends out of all kinds of trouble. Help parking, help contact the car rental company, help call a taxi... The facilities inside the house are also simply perfect, the interior is very large, three bedrooms, full kitchen facilities, comfortable sofas, the right temperature, soft beds. The landlord also prepared delicious fruit and wine for us. What's more, the price is very suitable. The view outside the house is also very beautiful, I will remember it for a long time. Thank the landlord for his help. It was perfect！

This is a great apartment with a stunning view of the Bay of Kotor. You are right on the waters edge & have your own little beach just across the road from the apartment. Very peaceful & relaxing. Quite a few places to eat within walking distance of the apartment or a walk into Kotor only takes 15 mins. Kotor is beautiful & full of bars, restaurants, shops. We did a 3 hr boat trip, hired kayaks & walked up to Kotor Fortress (1,350 steps but the views are amazing). You can also hire bikes & a cable car has just opened. We didn't hire a car but if you do there is so much to see & do. Great food, friendly people & Srdjan, our host, was fab! So kind & helpful. He can also sort out airport taxis for you. Highly recommend.

We were 6 persons and 3 generations. The appartment has 3 good rooms, 2 nice toilets and a spacious kitchen/living room. Especially loved the little beach in the front of the house, and the quarter with quiet local atmosphere and good restaurants. The host and his family is the top - doing all their best to help and make you feel comfortable.

We're a family group of 5 adults and have just a fantastic week at Ivanisevic 2 in the beautiful Bay of Kotor. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a lovely homely feel. Our host Srdjan and his family were so friendly and helpful; they live in the apartments and are on hand to give great recommendations for activities and restaurants and very generously allowed us the use of another apartment while we waited for our late flight home. Srdjan negotiated the change of pick up point with our minibus driver and came back to see we got safely off - he is a gem! The apartment's location is absolutely perfect, yards from the little stretch of shingle in front, where deckchairs, sunbeds and towels were provided for us - we needed swim shoes as it is stony, but the sea was beautifully clean, warm and calm, with only some frondy seaweed and waves created by the boats to negotiate. The view from the balcony is stunning (well worth the flights of stairs to the top floor!) and ever changing with boats, canoes, paddleboards and cruise ships floating by. There is a double bedroom and large bathroom with a washing machine, bath and shower over on the main floor and 2 bedrooms, one with 2 singles together and one with 3 singles and a bathroom with bath and hand held shower in the eaves on the floor above. The bedroom with singles has a skylight and fan but no aircon which was the only downside as it was very hot while we were there. The lively town of Kotor is a 20 minute walk away with waterside restaurants and bars and an interesting Old Town full of history to explore - we ate at Bastion and Resto Bar Taraca here, both highly recommended. Closer to home we loved the easy going Tiha Noc Turkish restaurant only yards from the apartment.

Great location within easy walking distance (20 minutes) of Kotor but away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. Right on the waters edge with a wonderful view. Good restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Apartment was well equipped and had everything you needed, owner was friendly, helpful and responsive

The apartment was excellent în a super location and amazing view. The real gem was the private beach in the front of the apartment. The host and his family was very friendly and kind:)
