Hotel H2 Nagasaki

Lovely hotel in a great location. It is very clean with onsen on the 11th floor.

Room is very small. I booked a twin room, but the two beds are pushed togther. and there is no space to push the bed apart in the room. Ther is also no tea or coffee in the room, just kettle and cups.

Everything is perfect, staff are very helpful. Nice bath and nice room too.

スタッフの丁寧、親切な対応が大変心地よかったです。ロビーのコーヒーやお茶のサービス、連泊の客のタオルとミネラルウォーターの補充、洗濯機の無料使用など、この値段で十分なサービスだったと思います。大浴場があるのでこのホテルに決めましたが、それ以上の満足感を得られました。ロケーションが大変便利で、買い物も、長崎空港へのバス停も近く、文句なしです。

連泊の客としては、もう少し収納棚があればよかったかなと思いますが、この料金では妥当かなと思います。

Zero complaints. Great location. Friendly, easy check-in. Free coffee and tea available 24/7. While I did not use it, they have a public bath available as well as a free laundry service. Quiet and clean. Rooms looked modern and the lighting felt cool and relaxing. All around a great and affordable stay! Thank you.

Die Fenster waren auf ein sehr nah stehendes Gebäude gerichtet

雰囲気はとても良かった。大浴場もあって眺めても良かった。朝食も洋食で美味しかったです。

部屋のトイレがすりガラスみたいな作りでオシャレなんだけど、居心地はイマイチだった。落ち着いてトイレが出来なかった。
