"A good place to stay but maintenance for customers not available."

Spacious Parking available. Short walk to Old Section Of Siena. It was quiet.

The bathroom sink faucet was so loose that you had to hold it while turning the tap on. Front desk was informed and no corrective maintenance action was taken during our entire five day stay.

The location, close to the center Price We could check in earlier

Parking is in front of hotel, on the street The shower cabine is not clean, mold. Bad smell in the living room, we think it comes from the extractor hood in the kitchen. IN THE MORNING TWICE THERE WAS A GAZ( INSECTICIDE)INJECTED IN THE SLEEPING ROOM. Coming out of holi in the sleeping room. We had a bee in the sleeping room, and it died within a few minutes!!! This is not healthy looks to us. Our trash was not empty when we arrived

Non del tutto ben attrezzato il bagno: mancavano gli appoggi al wc e la doccia aveva un piccolo dislivello da superare
