Location, price, staff.

There was a smell and the sheets were dirty (they did change it upon asking)

Room was Not in good condition, Big & small Ants are continuously Moving in Room every where.. Toilet, tubes are Not Cleaned.. Outside Corridor & Reception talk sounds are coming. Even Main Room Door arrangement is Not good & having Big Opening GAP on Door Top ( any outsider can see in ). My Family did not stayed there even for One day & moved out.

Locally run homestay targeted at domestic tourism. But suits perfectly for the central Bycola location in Mumbai. Helpful staff and delightful owner keen to take care of any tourist coming in. Highly recommended.

Very unhygienic and worst property I would ever seen, bathroom size was too small u can’t even bath, rooms smells like rotten eggs, and passage is also very narrow, location can’t be find by any Ola Uber etc very poor hospitality, actually it should be banned no need to run such hotel like this where we give money to get disappointed.

Each and every thing it’s a lodge not hotel

Everything was clean

Good location opposite Byculla station and close to restaurants and the main Expressway!

The smallest room and the smallest toilet and shower room I have ever experienced.
