Bathroom-toilet is something that you need to get used to but other than that, our stay was great. Yes, there's condensation and you might feel a drop or two of water on your face/body middle of the night. Yes, hot water might not work because it's too cold or the igloo is brand new. But, overall, I would stay here again!

Disappointed. Stayed here for two night. WiFi was extremely slow. NO HOT WATER for shower, just lukewarm when the temperature is below the freezing point outside. Even worse, there was water leaking from the ceiling middle of the night. Woke up to a damp bed 2 am in the morning. I had to push my bed to the side to avoid the leak. When I reported the issue to the front desk next morning, I was told the issue will be fixed but I still end up taking a cold shower second night. They failed to provide very basic thing like hot water. When I called back asked for some compensation, I was told because I paid through expedia, so they can’t do anything for me. I told the lady they can send me a check, she made an excuse saying that it will take long time. I told her I don’t mind the wait, I deserve some compensation for my experience. She told me she will talk to her manager then give me a follow up. Never heard anything back since. Hmmmm why am i not surprised? Absolutely worst experience I ever had.
