It has a homey feeling. A few things did not work such as bedside lamp, Tv and wall plugs but staff did her best to rectify what she could. Bed was super comfy and clean. Facilities need some tlc. Felt safe and nice gardens to sit in shade. I would stay there again as reasonably close to airport. 3km. Close to beach. 5 minutes but not so easy to find way through the condo build up along the water front. Not much around for dining. More residential area.

Staff was exceptional great place to sleep for a night or two. Best to have a car but you can walk to restaurants

Golden Plan R & B – A Mixed Experience Golden Plan R & B – A Mixed Experience Pros: • The staff are friendly, reflecting the Caribbean hospitality. • Its location is very close to Lynden Pindling International Airport. • Public transportation is available for reaching downtown, for all the action. Do your homework, drivers tends to do an up charge from the actual change. Cons: • Hidden fees are a significant drawback, charges only revealed upon arrival after question. • Guests with early flights (before 2 pm) must arrange their own transportation, as the property does not offer pickups and imposes additional fees for the shuttle. • The semi-breakfast service, available only on request, comes with unclear serving times. • The rooms, furniture is outdated. Find mold and mildew. • Staff’s use courteous responses as a marketing tactic rather than addressing underlying issues. • The advertised beach, although located just across the road, is on private property with restricted access. Guests using bypass routes do so at their own risk, having to climb over several barriers. Not recommended especially for ladies. • Local restaurants are difficult to reach on foot no sidewalks on the main road. • Community is very quiet; but difficult to get a good night rest. You can hear every conversations that take place. Bathroom water fill up all the time. No hot water.

The staff is tremendous. This is our third stay at property and always treated wonderfully. Would definitely recommend!

Staff and service are excellent. The shower pressure is very low, water from the shower itself and the faucet has distinct smell and taste, not suitable for a person with highly sensitive skin like me. Had to rinse with bottled water ($4.98) every after shower.

Great customer servive.

The place is in the middle of nowhere. You need a car if you want to do anything. It could use a little bit of renovation. You need to pay to get water, even at breakfast. They don't offer any tea for the room. One of the stoves did not work. Breakfast is pretty limited. I think it's what you got to expect for the price. Aside of that, the staff was pretty helpful and nice. It is a family owned place. They helped us order pizza and cut some coconuts for us.

Quick overnight stay for airport connection. Very friendly shuttle service and check in.

Decent hotel for a quick overnight stay. Our shuttle to the airport departed much later than scheduled. You can hear planes landing, but we were so tired we were able to fall asleep. Desk person was very kind and so was our driver
