Clean and spacious

The lift and the stairs . It was hard to take the luggage up and and down . No easy lift access to the rooms / floors . The indoor pool could have been left opened longer till 8pm especially in summer time

Location was great and the apartment was large enough for our Christmas family needs. Beds were comfortable and staff were responsive and pleasant.

Cleanliness was only on the surface - there were toe nails behind the bedside table (which were quickly vacuumed by the staff after I let them know) and in general the place needed a good scrub. Staff told us different information about when the house keeping would be done and we had to keep asking for cleaning supplies e.g. dishwasher tablets, garbage bags etc. although once we asked the service to resupply was prompt...

A lovely area of Canberra to visit. Close to all the tourist attractions and many places to eat.

I had to ask for a few more ammenities in our room.

A perfect location to stay and catch-up with friends whilst in Canberra. Reception staff were approachable, friendly and engaging, when seeking advice. Indoor pool and sauna was a bonus. Self contained apartment with self catering facilities. Quiet, clean and close to shops and services.

Parking onsite is very tight. Lots of reserved spaces made finding a disabled park very difficult. Only one disability space provided and it was pure luck if you scored it. Not great servicing of apartment. Bins emptied twice in 8 days. Fresh linen only provided once.

Good location

Carpets are warned, one bedroom didn’t have bed side tables and no power points to charge your phone or devices. No aircon in second bedroom
