I would definitely give this place 4.75 out of 5 stars. It’s cozy, the food is delicious, the family amenities are plentiful and the scenery is beautiful. I especially enjoyed the hospitality from all, notably by Valentina who works at the front desk. She was thoughtful and considerate.

Loved everything! Pool, food and room

The Room & Safety: Our premium patio was completely unusable due to active mud doppler nests (multiple nests , some very large). The bed was poor, worn-out condition and my wife was not able to sleep well, completely ruining the relaxation goal of the trip. The Food: Dinner at the signature restaurant, Back Table, was way over cooked. The salmon was dry as toast and the pork ribs were completely charred and blackened. The Infrastructure: The surrounding walking paths were unusable due to a collapsed bridge, and the front-line staff’s actual solution was to tell us to casually walk along an active, live 18-hole golf course during peak weekend hours, or to walk up and own the entrace (which is for cars only) . Management clearly treats this property as a corporate asset to squeeze rather than a premium hospitality experience. As a Hilton Diamond member, a token $43 resort fee waiver and a few points do not make up for a fundamentally broken stay. Avoid this property if you actually want comfort, safety, and quality service.

Erica was amazing! She was our cabana waitress and took such good care of us the entire day. She was so sweet, attentive, and made sure we always had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Honestly, she made our pool day so easy and relaxing. Great service makes such a difference, and Erica truly went above and beyond. We had the best time and would absolutely come back because of how well she took care of us. Thank you, Erica!
