"Poolside perfection!"

We came to the woodlands resort for a little staycation and Erica brought us pool side treats. She was a fantasticly kind person who was full of customer service and genuinely a ray of sunshine. She made our stay perfect. This is what makes a nice vacation into a wonderful one.

The rooms seamed a little outdated, when I called in the morning to ask for a late check out the operator wouldn’t let me finish my question, very rude and immediately said no.
