Great location, walking distance from CBD, very helpful check-in staff and breakfast wait-staff, bed was OK, and room small, but not too bad. I provided feedback to wait staff re: putting tongs all together in one spoon rest, and then using any tongs for self-serving meat and non-meat dishes - I pointed out that this is not appropriate for vegetarians and vegans, and staff were receptive and thankful - I hope something got done about it

I don't like the fact that it takes one second to put a hold on a Credit Card, in case money is spent at the hotel, and then it takes days to put the money back into the customer's account

"great spot, this was my second stay there and it didn't disappoint."

It was clean and comfortable. I liked the tiny balcony because it meant i could have it open for fresh air. I was impressed with 24 hr room service, thought I didn't use it. my meal at the restaurent was good I really enjoyed the position and hoovered up all the local asian cuisine.
