Très bon hostel. Fidèle aux photos. Merci à la réceptionniste qui nous a toujours reconnus et rendu service à chacun de nos passages. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour tant dans la chambre avec salle de bain privative que celle avec salle de bain commune. Service de bagagerie très appréciable ainsi que de laverie et de restauration.

Les services sont un peu chers.

"Good location but disappointed by staff."

The location was good and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the reaction of the staff. When we checked out I informed them that at 5:30am someone was at our food putting a key in the lock for a few minutes trying to enter. My husband got up and saw this person go to the next room and do the same. They then returned to reception. I just wanted staff to know as there are many solo travellers and if I had been alone this would have frightened me. When I told the guy working on reception he smirked and gave a small laugh and said ok. While I understand he couldn’t do anything about this in hindsight I felt for the safety of the guests he should have been more reassuring and maybe looked into this situation and spoke with whoever it had been.

"Easy stay, super central!"

Stayed for a simple night after coming back from Machu Picchu, arrived late, staff super friendly both in the evening & the morning - showers good, rooms decent enough. No complains
