They didn’t provide me what I purchased on Hotels.com,which was Deluxe double bedroom with living. However, they gave me a regular room. After talking to the General Manager of the Hotel , he decided to upgrade me to a little bigger room but NOT the one I should receive the reason they said they were sold out to the one I should receive.. I am very disappointed with the service and treatment that I received with my wife during our stay there, I believe they should give me credit back for the reason that I didn’t get what I reserved and paid for...
