The space of of the unit and balcony was very nice.

Smoke detector chirping upon arrival (maintenance promptly fixed). Hairdryer did not work and was never fixed. Internet went out and issue was never addressed. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. We asked if there was some type of padding to add and we were provided with 2 thin blankets. Water pressure in shower was horrible.

We had great time during July 4th weekend, perfect weekend getaway and be close to Wildlife and nature

The apartment was well laid out.

First apartment had no ac so we had to move to another apartment. The second apartment had no hot water. We were so frustrated we didn't stay a second night

I wish you had added kettle (stove or electric)to the kitchen

Perfect and gorgeous resort. It’s located a short outside the central entrance to Shenandoah.

For the price definitely better than staying in a regular hotel. Makes you feel like you’re at home.

Not having the option to automatically opt out of time share meeting. I feel like it should be asked when they hand you the keys. That way if your in a rush you can grab your keys/parking pass and go about your vacation stay.
