Extended Stay America Suites Columbus NE I270

The fact that I reserved a room with 2 beds, only got one, cockroach in the bathroom, and another party was paying for the room and they took it out of my account. All the way around a horrible experience, my daughters didn’t even sleep that night and we had been at a family reunion, few hours away from home. They checked out at 730am was suppose to be able to stay until 11.

Terrible, jacked up rates due to local activities - room was sub-par, dirty carpet. People were smoking at the entrance at all hours - grab & go breakfast was terrible, cold bad coffee no non-sweetened creamer choices, old granola bars and blueberry muffins without blueberries. Water took a long time to get hot - paid about triple the regular going rate and I feel completely ripped off

I like the lady at front desk I think her name was Salina very nice and professional.

It is very dingy and a bit sketchy. Reeks of cigarette smoke. The stay made me nervous but my daughter and I sucked it up for one night. Would never stay there again.

Only did an overnight stay but the room was clean, bed comfortable and it was quiet. The staff were friendly and courteous. There were regulars hanging out around and in the hotel hallways but I didn't feel unsafe. The to go breakfast was a laugh. It was a packet of oatmeal but there weren't any bowls to make it in which made it clear they were only catering to the people living there.

I didn't like that it was further from the event that was said to be 5& a miles away. But it was over 11 miles. As far as ghe hotel, it was great. And the ladies at check in were very kind

We stayed here for one night and it was so dirty and gross we immediately showered when we got home. Hallways and the elevator smelled and when we got into our room the carpet was stained. Shower area had hair on the walls and it clearly was not cleaned. I called down and brought this to their attention and I was told I they did not have another room and they would send someone to clean. No one ever came. The air conditioning unit was so loud we could not sleep, however, at least it drowned out the sounds of music coming from the outside well past 2am. There were people having a party in the parking lot and the hotel did nothing about it. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable but with everything else going on we were not going to get any sleep anyways. In the morning I went in to at least wash up in the dirty shower only to learn there was no hot water. I called down again and they suggested I wait longer for more water to warm up. The manager never contacted me to discuss this experience. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to stay anywhere else.

This place was a dump. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Ot was a 1 night stay, I wanted to be slone in peace & quiet to study for my NCLEX nursing exam in Gahanna the next morning at 8am. Being a young, female college student staying alone....it was kind of sketchy & gave me weird vibes. It was ok for a less than 24hr trip
