"The best hotel for my Turkish trip."

One of the best hotel I stayed for my 24-day trip to Turkey. The stuffs were consistently cleaning the hotel. Everything was well maintained. The breakfast was also the best of all.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Que dire de cette expérience ? Une HONTE. Je passe par Hotels.com depuis des années et c’est la première fois qu’une telle chose m’arrive. On s’est retrouvé avec une chambre dotée d’un grand lit au lieu de : 1 grand lit, 2 lits simples et un canapé-lit. L’hôtel nous dit « s’excuser » avec une assiette de fruits pr la première nuit, nous promettant une solution pour les 3 nuits restantes. Le lendemain, on nous déménage dans une autre chambre plus spacieuse certes, mais qui ne correspond tjrs pas à notre réservation : il y avait un grand lit et un canapé-lit. On prend sur nous, et on accepte car l’hôtel ne nous rembourse ps pour qu’on puisse changer d’hôtel tout court. Et grosse surprise : à la sortie, au moment du checkout, ils nous font payer en plus 215€ ! Pourquoi ? Parce que « nous avons accepté de passer dans une chambre plus grande ». Je n’ai jamais assisté à une telle arnaque et un manque de professionnalisme depuis tant d’années de voyage. J’ai précisé, des semaines avant notre arrivée via la messagerie de l’application qu’il y aurait un adulte de plus, même si, en théorie, cela n’aurait Pas du tout poser problème au vu su nbr de lits annoncés, je l’ai donc fait par précaution et respect. Ils n’ont vu le message qu’à notre arrivée, et le responsable nous a confirmé qu’il n’y avait pas de souci, lorsque leur « patron » est sorti de son bureau pour lui demander des comptes...+ chambres fumeurs au lieu de « non fumeur », lit bébé dégradé sans matelas (changé après)

"Pathetic service "

Worst experience, I booked 2 junior suits and hotel management tried to gave me standard room, they have been lying for 2 hours that those are junior suits, I showed them pictures of what I booked and after that they said that actually they have already sold junior suits, I asked them to reimburse me the difference that is about half of what I paid, but they said that they cannot, I will have to stay in standard room after paying for junior suits, what can be worst then this, pathetic service
