"Excellent"

The person behind the counter was super great! The place feels run down but at least Laundry was available and working good so this was the best part of the visit. I will admit the room was clean just a simple table and chairs. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

"It was HORRIBLE and we ended up booking another hotel. They did offer to switch us rooms, but I had zero faith that they"

The receptionist was friendly

There were blood splatters throughout the room; on the bathroom walls, the fridge, the AC unit, and by the door. They were OBVIOUS. There is no way this room was cleaned before we arrived.

Crack heads, nails in parking lot, drunks, trash all over, floors never mopped in rooms, vents in bathroom never cleaned. The list goes on.

Absolutely nothing

It was very dirty homeless people were hanging out all over the place as well as drugs being used in the hallway and in the parking lot, it was not very safe. I would never go there again or what would I ever recommend anyone else to go there.

Price

The property guests and area looked rough. First hint was a sign saying to report any human trafficking and then I saw a overly thin mother with black eye escorting her two young children inside. The inside of the room had a broken door latch as if it was rammed into at some point. The cleanliness was rough too. The white towels and sheets had several colored patches.

"okay in a pinch"

we requested a ground floor room but they said they didn't get the request because hotel.com doesn't send that over to them.
