Do not stay at this hotel, if you are counting on their shuttle service to get you to the airport. The shuttle driver Jacob, did not show up for work, leaving us stranded and missing our flight, by the time we were able to get an Uber to pick us up and get us to the Airport. We were not the only family left stranded, I wonder how many people missed their flights. The morning clerk, called and messaged them and Management multiple times, and no response from anyone. I have left message for General Manager Rita, twice so far. Also tried to work with them to refund my Uber fee, and was told by Hilton Customer Service, that they spoke to Rita, she is aware and would have to talk to Owners, I called her back as requested by Customer service and Mario said she is on call and I would need to call her during business hours tomorrow, I am sorry, I am the customer, should she not be calling me back, not other way around. Highly disappointed in this scenario, I am a Hilton Honors long time member, and a Hilton Vacation Club Owner.

The staff were amazing. Vera so helpful and lovely. Lady on the desk at night also lovely.

This hotel is not a five star but it is very nice for the price. The continental breakfast is nothing special but the area is well stocked and clean and there is adequate seating in the breakfast area. They keep coffee out all the time, which is nice. The rooms were large and clean and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was visible and active. Staff was friendly, especially the shuttle driver, Antwan, who even offered to drive us to dinner one evening when he didn't have an airport run. I think they've done very well with the building they have, so not sure how they would fix these but the bathrooms are small and have almost no horizontal surfaces where items can be placed. Another issue is proximity to the highway, which results in a lot of road noise at night. Finally, the parking lot is gated, which is great except that the gate is SLOW and the hotel is so close to the road that the gate can cause a backup and also confusion because you need a key to get in at night but the keypad is on your left, there isn't much room at the front of r hotel, etc. So basically getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain but things are fine once you're in. I would definitely stay here again for the price paid.

Had a wonderful visit. Hotel was clean and staff was wonderful. My shuttle driver Antwane was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, made great recommendations. Will return next time I’m in the area.

The location was perfect for the Trademart The parking lot is completely gated including the digital front gates. Felt safe This property is a renovated old property I stayed at over 20 years ago and couldn’t believe it was the same building. Completely renovated from layout, paint, carpet, furniture, bathroom etc. sometimes you can see the layers of paint and chalking when hotels are renovated. Not this property. It’s like a built from ground up. The rooms are oversized. I understand you can leave your car and take the free shuttle to Love Field

It is kind of hard to get into
