Nice large room with a great view. Friendly staff and tasty food. Quite cheap as well

Had to pay extra for a portable heater when heating or air conditioning is listed as a feature. Some fixtures don't work like bathroom extractor fan, causing steam and mold build up. The wifi range didn't reach our room.

Location of the hotel is good. The rooms are Beas River facing, which provided a really good view.

Food quality is not up to the mark and also very costly. Bathtub is present in the bathroom but surprisingly one is 'not allowed' to use that. While checking out, the food bill presented before me was not totally accurate and some food items which were never ordered by me were added to the bill. After pointing out the same was rectified. Wifi of the hotel does not work at all, although the same was promised while booking the hotel online. The only plus point of the hotel is the location. The room was river facing and the balcony was just above the Beas River, which was really good. But if room tariffs and food price are considered, overall the hotel is not value for money.

Great location, close to Beas river and near to Mall road. Rooms are spacious with balcony having Beas river view and mountain view. Staff is also supportive and cooperative. Food quality was ok. Value for location and room space.
