For the price this property is good especially if you stay in a balcony room-very spacious and great location super close by to the main square. However because of this it is very very noisy at all hours of the night and morning. There is no sound proofing in the rooms so I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a medium-light sleeper. Also the beds are very hard, which was fine for us but for some people may not be suitable. Warm/hot showers were a nice surprise but don’t touch the shower head otherwise you will get an electric shock.

They advertise that have a kitchen-they do not, only free drinking water. And they advertise they have a washing machine-again they do not. These were key factors in us choosing this property so if we had known beforehand, we would’ve stayed elsewhere.

I booked this place because it was the cheapest place I could find so expectations should reflect such. We had the room with no window. There are others with windows and balcony so consider that. Filtered water available to refill you bottle and reduce waste. Location is great.

I admit my Spanish is not good and I should have asked more questions, but I booked a bird watching tour, that seemed rather pricey, thinking that we were going on a proper bird watching tour- they are called Ecotours after all. Instead the girl took our money and literally walked us to the reserva natural de Jardin, which is easy to find, on all the maps, you do not need an escort to walk you there and inside the park is a bird guide. The price she charged us was unforgivable. But I take some responsibility as I did not ask enough questions and do not speak Spanish well enough.

Shower only had freezing cold water. There was a lizard in our bathroom because there was no window in the bathroom, just a hole straight to the outside. There were no windows in the bedroom so it was very dark.

It is really noisy in the weekend especially. Hotel doesnt have a good soundproof system. Breakfast can have more kinds.
