Horrible staff, sketchy place

They kicked me out because I reserved online and didn’t know that I had to pay at the desk. I offered to pay but that wasn’t good enough.

Very nice ladies in the front office. Very accommodating.

The location was great and was next to a park. It was also next door to a 24 hr gas station which is great for midnight snacks.

The room was dirty, headboard was broke, bathroom has no ventilation and was slightly moldy and water piled on the floor in front of shower due to leaks. The key card reader hardly never read our keys and we would have to go three floors down just to get the card rekeyed and that happened several times a day within our 3 week stay. One of the days we were locked out of our room for over an hour due to the reader needing to be reprogrammed. One of the lady's at front desk tried to help but was unable so had to call management and they were gone for the day so we had to set up an appointment for the next morning to get it fixed, which that meant we couldn't leave our room because our door wouldn't lock and we had all of our personals inside.. it was just a terrible hassle because we already had issues daily with the room keys to begin with. The door was fixed bright and early the next morning...Management never apologized for our inconvenience, nothing.. They didn't have enough linens or towels. Prostitution and Drugs are everywhere.. one of the front desk ladies discriminated against my ESA animal.. it was just a terrible experience all around.. I would not recommend staying here, you are better off anywhere else..
