Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and having a kitchenette made things so convenient. Staff were friendly and made check-in quick and easy. Great option if you want something affordable without sacrificing comfort.

I thought it was a great location, however homeless ppl walking throughout the night and in elevator is not good

The staff was very rude, inconsiderate for the elderly The kitchen wasn't in working condition. Hot plate didn't work, microwave didn't work

Odor smell in the rooms, a bunch of homeless people outside some of them doing drugs, really suspicious people just standing around the parking lot

No elevator. Charged for stained towels and pillowcases. They charge a deposit for a motel.

I stayed here for a week and was really impressed with the value. Having a kitchenette with a stovetop and full-sized fridge made a huge difference—it’s so much better than just having a microwave. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price point is unbeatable for the Fresno area. Definitely my go-to for longer trips now.
